Cochran Ventures is my family's holding company: healthcare, gaming, local services, and software. One company goes back to 2013. I built the rest starting this February. All run lean, for real revenue, out of Oxford, Mississippi. If you own a business, this is what I can do for yours.
I come from an entrepreneurial family, and I have been building since college. In 2013, while at Alabama, I turned a good run in a Madden tournament into MaddenTurf, teaching what I knew through YouTube videos, then an eBook I taught myself to build, then a membership website a year later, back when sites like that were still a new idea. It is still profitable today.
It's a pattern people close to me point out: I get to things early. Madden strategy content before YouTube was the obvious platform. Bitcoin in 2017, years before it went mainstream. Now building whole companies with AI, before most people were taking that seriously either.
In February 2026 I started building a lot more, all at once. I don't mean side projects. I mean real companies with real customers: my wife's physical therapy practice, a friend's lawn care business, software for pelvic health clinics and golf clubs.
Each one started small. Each one had to prove itself with real demand before it got more of my time. I use modern tools, including AI, to build and run more than my size should allow. That is the edge here, not headcount, speed. I keep what works. I kill what doesn't.
I do this in the open, in my hometown, with my family watching. If you own a business and you are not sure where the next 12 to 18 months should take it, that is exactly the conversation I want to have.
Some are established and profitable, some are live and growing, some are still being built. No projections, just current state.
My flagship, and the one that started it all. A membership and strategy platform for competitive Madden and college football gamers, profitable and running on its own rails since 2013. This is the playbook the rest of the portfolio is built on.
A pelvic floor physical therapy practice in Oxford, Mississippi, led by my wife, Dr. Meg Cochran. In-home, cash-pay, and built and grown with the same playbook as everything else here.
A local lawn care and landscaping company, run with operating partner Jeremy Miller. Rebuilt from per-mow jobs into recurring memberships, proof that the playbook drives real revenue.
A safety-guided home exercise platform for pelvic floor PT clinics. Clinicians assign protocols, patients follow them at home with the right guardrails built in.
White label league management for golf clubs: RSVP, handicap-balanced draws, live leaderboards, and season standings, branded for each club.
A free tool that grades how AI sees your business and shows you what to fix. The front door to my digital services work.
A healthy home education brand: ebooks and a course that teach families how to find and fix the hidden things making their home unhealthy.
MaddenTurf goes back to 2013. Six more companies since February 2026. This is the log, not a highlight reel. It gets a new line every time something real ships.
I win a Madden tournament at Alabama. People start asking how I got so good, so I start making YouTube videos to teach it, back before YouTube was the obvious place to do that.
I teach myself to build an eBook and publish my first one, going deeper than a video could.
MaddenTurf goes live as a membership website, back when sites like that were still a new idea in competitive gaming.
MaddenTurf's biggest pivot: the primary membership model shifts from yearly to monthly for steadier recurring revenue, while creators keep selling their own guides individually with a revenue share.
Thirteen years running MaddenTurf. Then in February 2026, I started building a lot more.

Maybe you are building toward a sale. Maybe you are buying one. Maybe you just want the machine to run better. I have built and run companies through all three: WYAtherapy with my wife Meg, MaddenTurf, Oxford Lawn Pro, Club Draw, and the rest of this portfolio.
I want to know where you are and where you want to be. Then we find the quick wins you can feel in the first month, before we tackle the big hurdles.
Call or text. Tell me where you are and where you want to be. No cost, no pitch deck.
A short, focused engagement on the highest-leverage fixes. You feel it in the first month. The concrete version is the $999 AI Assessment.
If it is working, I stay on as your operator. I only take a few seats at a time.
Owners of real businesses who want speed and straight answers.
Not for get-rich-quick, hype tourists, or anyone who wants a deck instead of work.
We have always been an entrepreneurial family. My wife Meg and I are raising four kids in Oxford, Mississippi, and most nights the dinner table sounds like a working session.
We live in small business. We live in local. The shop on the square, the service that shows up when it says it will, the practice that actually helps. That is the world Cochran Ventures is built around.
Every venture here is a family bet. Meg runs her own pelvic floor practice. I build and run the rest. Our kids are growing up watching what it looks like to make something from nothing, ship it, and stand behind it.
